The latest of the International Resource Panel's full assessment reports was released today at the 9th Global Forum on Urban Resilience and Adaptation in Bonn, Germany.  The report was presented at the event by Panel member Maarten Hajer, co-lead author of the report and Distinguished Professor of Urban Futures at Utrecht University, Netherlands.
